Our higher end commercial loans are from $1,500,000 to $30,000,000 and are extremely competitive: low rates, good terms, and user friendly. We also do large loan programs from $30 million to $150 million for multi-family, retail, industrial, warehouse, office, hotel, mobile home parks, nursing homes, congregate care and self-storage. We also offer non-owner occupied property loans for smaller amounts.

Our lower end commercial loans are from $100,000 to $1.5 million and are not to be downplayed as they are just as competitive as the larger scale loans if not better in many instances.

We can close in 30 days or less from commitment/application and the fees are 1 to 2% application fee, attorney fees and general costs. Liability is non-recourse except for normal carve outs. Lockout dependent upon loan term, then the greater Treasury yield maintenance or 1% of the outstanding principal balance. No pre-payment penalty will apply for the last six months of the loan term. One transfer permitted subject to lender approval and with1% Assumption fee.
